Simple Wrap

Idea

The idea is to make a simple breakfast, with some protein and carbs for the day. The stuffing of the wrap is easy customizable.

Steps

Fry one side of the wrap to get some crust.wrap-1

Crack an egg into the pan and mash it up. After a while, place the wrap with the crust side down on the egg, and let it cook for a while for the egg to stick onto the wrap.

Once it’s done, flip the wrap. wrap-2wrap-3

At this point the wrap is your oyster, you can place whatever you want like ham or veggies. For me I put some shredded cheese, smoked ham and seeded mustard with some acidic punch.

Don’t spend too much time on this step as the wrap may get burnt. wrap-4

Satisfied with the stuffing, flip the wrap in half to finalize the shape. wrap-5

Costs

Can vary depends on minimalist ingredient, or with some premium ingredient like smoked ham and pre-shredded cheese here. But if substitute with chicken breast and vege, can be kept sub RM4.
